This course provides students the opportunity to become involved in a personalized approach to health and well-being by sharing with their peers strategic approaches for the implementation of a healthy lifestyle. It is offered in the fall semester only. Requirements include meeting weekly 1-hour sections of Health 100, a second weekly class session with Human Health core faculty for guidance, discussion, further education in the science of health and professional skill development. The prerequisite is successful completion of Health 200, application and instructor permission. A student may enroll up to three times.
